The mysterious ” Mr. Mike ” would make the rounds of UFO Seminars and Conventions wearing his dark raincoat, he made contact with many people but one in particular, was Norio Hayakawa , who ran the Civilian Intelligence Network with it’s main emphasis on AREA-51 , THE MOST TOP SECRET BASE IN THE U.S. !!!
Norio had just given a speech on UFO’s/ AREA-51 etc., back in May, 1991 when after-wards he was approached by Mr. Mike! Mr. Mike revealed to Norio that he was part of a highly classified group , centered around U.S. Naval Intelligence and he was the contact man for the group!
After be-friending Norio, they would meet secretly, at restaurants in Orange County, Calif. where Mr. Mike a 6 ‘1 260 lbs. individual , with a Navy SEAL back-ground would describe a war, currently underway at AREA-51 between those persons , who wanted to maintain a Constitutional govt. and those who wanted too abolish it!!!?
Norio was also given information about other locations in Calif. hooked-up into AREA 51, located in Nevada!
In November, 1991, Norio saw for the first time on a manila envelope, Mr. Mike gave him in black magic marker inscribed COM-12 aka COMMAND12 and their nemesis MJ-12 aka Majestic 12/ AQUARIUS!
On June 27 and 28th 1992, Mr. Mike and Norio gave a Seminar that attracted over 250 people and in attendance a lot of govt. spooks, one in particular, a guy who was the CIA’s Station Chief in Saigon, during the Vietnam War; Robert Booth Nichols and former FBI Div. Chief Ted Gunderson were there!
